Account details (name, email, business name), customer contact details you upload to send review requests (name, phone, email), and feedback submitted by customers in response to those requests.

How we use it

To send review requests on your behalf, route happy customers to your public review profiles, and surface private feedback to you in your dashboard. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

Storage and security

Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Access is limited to systems required to operate the service.

Your choices

You can request export or deletion of your account and customer data at any time by emailing support.
